Patient therapy notes pass through our in-house Quality Assurance prior to submission to HHA. Our therapists are all licensed by TX PT/OT Board of Examiners and their credentials are regularly checked and are available upon request. We see patients within a week from the day after referral usually within 3 work days period, if patient is available. To assure quality of service, we offer mentoring to the new therapists. Our company has dedicated back office and field support teams, which allows you to focus on building your Home Health Agency business.
